Since 2014, it has been gluten-free, mainly using rice flour. The muffins with a moist texture blended with millet flour such as soy flour and sorghum are characterized by being satisfying and not heavy.

Our patissier has made many prototypes, making the best use of the taste of the ingredients themselves, and four new standard flavors that are as simple as possible and stick to the balance of taste.
Organic chocolate is kneaded into cocoa dough and topped with hazelnuts and almonds.
We made a jam with pesticide-free strawberries and organic blueberries from Mie Prefecture and mixed it with the dough. Topped with strawberry compote and almond crumble to finish.

We use organic lemon juice and lemon peel from Wakayama Prefecture that does not use preservatives or wax. Served with refreshing sour lemon icing and lemon slices.
