My vegan cafe, 8ablish is one of my creations
born out of my ideas
and my special skills in art designing.
Good for your health. Good for the earth.
Good for everyone.
I care about all people
whom I have even never met,
because I believe such mindset could only spread
compassion around the world,
extending a positive cycle in our society.
Through my cafe, 8ablish,
I wish to convey to my customers
that compassion is most important because
all living things on this planet such as humans,
animals and plants depend on one another
and need one another.

私たちが提供する料理、お菓子は全てヴィーガンです。卵、バター、ミルクなどの動物性食材、精製された白砂糖は一切使用していません。さらに約８割のお菓子は小麦や大麦、ライ麦やオーツ麦などを使用しないグルテンフリーです。
Natural
できる限りオーガニック素材を使用しています。農薬や化学肥料を使わずに栽培された野菜や季節のフルーツ、米穀物を選び、ひとつひとつ丁寧につくっています。 また生産者やオーガニック食材を扱うメーカーとのネットワークにより、トレーサビリティが明確なものを幅広く採用しています。
Delicious
アレルギーのある方、体質や宗教上の理由で食事の制限がある方、誰にとっても安心して美味しく楽しくお召し上がりいただけるように、限られた素材を最大限に生かして創意工夫しながらお菓子を生み出しています。
Creation
料理やお菓子の美味しさだけでなく、盛り付けや見た目の美しさにもこだわっています。そして味わう空間も美しく心地良いことを、手に取りたくなる、もらったらワクワクするようなパッケージのデザインも大切にしています。
