Can I pay by cash on delivery?
Payment method is credit card only.
We accept VISA, American Express, MASTER, JCB and Diners.
Since we use the SSL system, the card number is encrypted and sent safely.

Can I cancel after payment is completed?
We do not accept cancellations after the order has been confirmed.

about shipping cost
We will process the shipment for each order.
The shipping fee will be as follows.

*For some products such as sweets, we use cool refrigerated delivery or cool frozen delivery to maintain quality.
* Cool frozen products will be delivered individually. If you purchase it with a regular product, you will be charged a separate shipping fee.
* If the shipping fee changes due to the number of products, we will contact you by email separately.
Can I ship to multiple shipping addresses with one order?
You can specify one delivery address for each order.
If you wish to deliver to multiple destinations, please place an order for each destination.
Shipping is free for orders over 18,000 yen (including tax) per order. Please note that even if the total amount of multiple orders is 18,000 yen (including tax) or more, it will not be eligible for free shipping.
How long does it take from order to delivery?
We will ship the products according to the schedule below.
Orders placed between Monday 9:00 and Wednesday 23:59 will be shipped the following Monday.
Orders from Thursday 0:00 to Monday 8:59 → Shipping on the following Thursday
It will be shipped after 8 days at the longest from the order confirmation date, so please shop with plenty of time.
If you are in a hurry, please contact us in the remarks column or by e-mail.
★Delivery date cannot be specified.
If you wish, we will accept it after 8 days from the order date. When ordering, please write in the remarks column. Due to manufacturing reasons, we may not be able to meet your request. In that case, we will contact you by email.

製造の都合により、ご希望に添えない場合もございますので、その際は別途メールにてご連絡させていただきます。
